SITA is offering a 12-month Internship Programme in Mpumalanga Province for unemployed South Africans aged 18-35 with ICT skills. The program, which includes End User Computing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Support the deployment and updating of applications and operating systems on user devices
• Assist end-users in understanding and effectively using IT tools and systems
• Maintain records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory
• Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests through the ticketing system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year National Diploma in Information Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field at NQF Level 6
• No prior work experience required
• Unemployed South African citezinens between 18 and 35 years
